My name is Kelly Drakopoulos and Growing up in a family of bakers, I spent countless hours watching my parents master the art of baklava, their passion for baking ignited my own. This foundation led me to George Brown College, where I studied Baking and Pastry Arts and discovered my love for chocolate, ultimately earning my chocolatier certification. Here I fell in love with the nuances of flavor and texture, which I now bring to every batch of baklava and chocolate I create.
